This distinction is based on a combination of factors, including the speed at which homes were snatched off the market and the median number of times listings were viewed on Realtor.com, compared to the overall U.S. median number of views.
Picture this: lush parks, a convenient commute to downtown Columbus, and spacious homes that won’t break the bank. That’s Gahanna for you. With a median home price of $389,000 Gahanna presents a semi-affordable opportunity for homebuyers.
And it’s not just about homes; it’s about the lifestyle. Gahanna residents enjoy a relatively affluent environment, with a median household income of $95,547, slightly above the national median of $88,590, according to U.S. Census data.
As you look through the list of the top 15 ZIP codes, it becomes evident that buyer demand is concentrated in the Midwest and Northeast regions, especially in neighborhoods close to major cities.
